Please Include Your Order Number
It is the fastest way to get a real answer instead of a request for more information. Your order number is in your order confirmation email, in the format shown at the top of that message. Depending on your question, it also helps to send:
- Delivery query: order number and delivery postcode
- Damaged item: order number plus photographs of the packaging, the label and the damage — within 48 hours of delivery
- Faulty item: order number, the model and serial number from the rating plate, and a photograph or short video of the fault
- Return request: order number, the item, and whether it is unopened
- Missing part: order number and a photograph of what was in the box
- Product advice: your lawn size, slope, hedge length or surface area, and what you are currently using

Our Wembley address is an office and fulfilment address, not a retail showroom, so we cannot accept walk-in customers or personal collections. Please do not send returns to this address without an RMA number, as unidentified parcels cannot be matched to an order and may be delayed.
