Order Cut-Off
Order before 2:00 PM on a business day and processing starts the same day. Later orders, weekends and UK public holidays roll to the next business day.
Processing
We verify payment, run address and fraud checks, confirm the model and serial number, inspect the carton and palletise large machines before handover.
In Transit
Trimmers, chainsaws and smaller mowers travel by tracked parcel carrier. Ride-on mowers and tool cabinets move on a pallet, delivered kerbside at no extra cost.
Delivered
Tracking is emailed the moment your order is scanned out. Pallet carriers call ahead 24–72 hours before to agree a date and a 2–4 hour window with you.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Processing takes 1–2 business days and transit takes 2–4, so your order arrives in 3–6 business days. Delivery is free to every UK address — no minimum spend and no surcharge for any postcode. Order before 2:00 PM (GMT/BST) on a business day and processing starts the same day.
Can I return something if it isn't right?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery — the 14-day statutory cooling-off period, extended by a further 16 days as a goodwill gesture. We charge no restocking fee. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days, usually in 1–3 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we pay — collection is free and there is no deduction of any kind. If you simply changed your mind, return carriage is yours: roughly £9.99–£19.99 for parcel items and £59–£129 for pallet items. We quote the exact figure in writing before anything is collected.
Is a warranty included?
Yes, on every product at no extra cost, running from the date of delivery. 24 months on ride-on mowers, robotic mowers and tool storage cabinets. 12 months on all other machines. 6 months on batteries and chargers. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply on top of that.
Does the machine arrive assembled?
Mostly. The parts that matter — deck, motor or engine, blade and transmission — are factory-fitted. Walk-behind mowers need about 10–20 minutes for the handlebar and grass collector. Ride-on mowers take 45–90 minutes for the seat, steering wheel and battery terminals. Robotic mowers are ready to run; the work is laying the boundary wire.
Are the battery and charger included?
It depends on the model, and the product page always states it clearly. Cordless tools are sold either as a complete kit with battery and charger, or as a cheaper "bare tool" for people who already own batteries in that platform — bare-tool listings say so in the title. Where a battery is included, a matching UK three-pin charger comes with it.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. Before dispatch it's free — message us and we stop the order and refund you in full. After dispatch we'll try to recall the consignment; if we can't, refuse the delivery or return it. After delivery, your 14-day cooling-off period applies and we'll send you the model cancellation form.
How do I track my order?
A dispatch email goes out the moment your order leaves our warehouse, with the carrier name, tracking number and a direct link. Tracking normally goes live within 24 hours. Pallet deliveries are booked by phone instead — the carrier calls you 24–72 hours ahead to agree a date and a 2–4 hour window.
