How We Serve Our Customers

Orders are picked, inspected and packed at our own facility. Parcel items go out by tracked carrier; large machines travel on a pallet with a freight carrier who calls you first to book a delivery slot. Every order gets a confirmation email, a dispatch email with tracking, and a VAT invoice.

Before you buy, we will help you choose. Send us your lawn size, your slope, your hedge length or your driveway surface and we will tell you honestly which machine fits — including when the cheaper model is the right one, and when nothing in our range suits what you need.
